Visiting this website
- No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising or social-media trackers, no external fonts or scripts. That is why there is no cookie banner.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, as our hosting provider (processor). We do not use Cloudflare's visitor analytics on this site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you email us
- We receive your email address, name (if given) and whatever you write, including attachments.
- We use it only to answer your question, handle your support request or bug report, and keep a record of it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request and performing our contract with you (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
- We do not sell your data, do not use it for marketing and do not add you to a mailing list.
- We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example tax records).
- Our email provider stores the messages on our behalf as a processor.
- Please do not send real guest, employee or customer data; fictitious examples are enough.
Buying an app
Purchases are made on the Odoo Apps Store, operated by Odoo S.A., which processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy. The apps run in your own Odoo and do not send your business data to us.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of it (portability), by writing to support@normalane.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the authority in the country where you live.
