What this is
Belgian VAT-registered businesses file an annual client listing (document 725, jaarlijkse klantenlisting) before 31 March each year for the previous calendar year. Businesses with intra-Community transactions also file the intra-Community listing (document 723, intracommunautaire opgave). In the official 2026 VAT calendar of the FPS Finance, the listing for December 2026 is due on 20 January 2027 (monthly filers) and the listing for the fourth quarter of 2026 on 25 January 2027 (quarterly filers).
This page lists the Odoo modules we found for these two listings, by Odoo version (16.0 to 20.0). It is a snapshot, not a recommendation.

- Odoo 16.0: OCA l10n_be_vat_reports.
- Odoo 17.0: Normalane. The OCA 17.0 branch of l10n-belgium had no l10n_be_vat_reports module on 30 Oct 2026.
- Odoo 18.0: OCA l10n_be_vat_reports; Pokutsoft (two listings); Normalane.
- Odoo 19.0: Pokutsoft (two listings); Normalane. Not in the OCA 19.0 branch.
- Odoo 20.0: Pokutsoft (two listings); Normalane. Not in the OCA 20.0 branch.
How we checked
- On 30 Oct 2026 we listed the 16.0, 17.0, 18.0, 19.0 and 20.0 branches of OCA/l10n-belgium on GitHub, and read each module's manifest for its authors and licence.
- On the same day we searched the Odoo Apps Store for: 725, 723, klantenlisting, intervat, client listing, listing clients, vat listing, intracommunautaire, belgium vat. For each listing we read the publisher, the licence, the version selector and whether a price is shown (paid) or not (free).
- The OCA module is included because its source contains client-listing and intra-Community listing wizards (wizard files partner_vat_list.py and l10n_be_vat_intra.py). Listings for the periodic VAT return only, and listings that exist only for Odoo 15.0 or older, are not in the table.
- Versions are those offered on 30 Oct 2026. They change often. Odoo Enterprise's own localisation and repositories outside OCA were not checked.
- We do not compare features or prices here. Check each listing for what it covers.
