What this is
Modelo 347 is the Spanish annual informative return of transactions with third parties (declaración anual de operaciones con terceras personas). Under article 10 of Orden EHA/3012/2008 it is filed during February each year for the previous calendar year. For the 2025 tax year, the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) gave the filing window as 1 February to 2 March 2026.

- On 30 Oct 2026 we listed the 16.0, 17.0, 18.0, 19.0 and 20.0 branches of OCA/l10n-spain on GitHub, and read each module's manifest for its authors and licence.
- On the same day we searched the Odoo Apps Store for: 347, modelo 347, mod347, terceras personas, operaciones con terceros. For each listing we read the publisher, the licence, the version selector and whether a price is shown (paid) or not (free).
- Listings that only exist for Odoo 15.0 or older, and listings that mention Modelo 347 only as one of several reports without naming it in their title, are not in the table.
- Versions are those offered on 30 Oct 2026. They change often. Odoo Enterprise's own localisation and repositories outside OCA were not checked.
